I got a chance to break out of my normal fantasy land style images and come home to reality over the weekend. I did a photoshoot that was focused on senior portrait style. My subject Joey Arrieta brought along his girlfriend so at the end of the shoot we put together some sunset romance photos. These are the types of photos you can expect from Rulison Photography in the basic package for senior photos or engagement work.
BTS Information: We used a Nikon D750 with two different lenses. For all portrait style shots we used a Nikkor 85 f/1.4 for the Parkour shots we use a Nikkor 20mm f/1.8 lens. For lighting we used a single Profoto B2 head with grid, bare head, and zoom reflector. I would normally have liked to use a softbox but the wind gust would have made it difficult. We used a MogoPod to hold the light but a normal lighting stand would have done the trick.
